Black-tie preferred. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi/knee-length cocktail dress.

Ceremony is 5:00 pm. We ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to this time.

We have booked four separate hotel blocks in Birmingham, Michigan at the following hotels: 1) Townsend Hotel - Wedding Party Hotel 2) Daxton Hotel 3) The Kingsley - A DoubleTree Hotel 4) Holiday Inn Express. Please visit the Hotels tab to book. We recommend booking as soon as possible before the hotel blocks run out.

Expected travel time from Birmingham to The War Memorial is around 40 minutes.

Yes, there is plenty of parking onsite. Though, we encourage guests to enjoy our bar and use a ride share service, or if staying at one of the hotel blocks, using the provided shuttle.

Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue on Sunday leaving from both the Townsend Hotel and The Kingsley Hotel and then back after the reception. If you are staying at any of the four hotels, plan to meet at one of the two locations for a 3:45pm departure to the venue. Shuttles will begin taking guests back after the reception promptly at 10pm with the last shuttle leaving at midnight.

The reception will be held indoors, while the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather dependent. We are hopeful for beautiful weather, but please be aware that if conditions do not permit an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour, we will move them inside to ensure everyone's comfort.

If you have received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and you will RSVP for you and your guest. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!
